You scroll TikTok thinking, “I could make that.” You enjoy turning ideas into visuals, stories, and vibes that feel just right. As our Social Media & Content Intern, you’ll create content for Horse Reality that actually goes live to thousands of players, while building your portfolio and learning the full production process along the way.
This internship is a great fit if you're studying something like Creative Business, CMD, Communication, Marketing, Media, or a similar creative study.
This is what you’ll do
You’ll work with our Community & Content teams to create meaningful and fun content that feels right for our audience.
🎥 Create short-form video content for TikTok & Instagram (from idea to edit).
🎨 Design visuals for social posts, announcements, and in-game communication.
✍️ Write captions & headlines that match our tone and feel natural.
💬 Engage with our player community occasionally in comments or replies.
📊 Organise and track your assets in shared folders so everything stays tidy.
🧪 Experiment: Try new formats, ideas, and trends. See what works.
You’ll be guided by our COO and Content Creator, who will help you develop your skills and trust your creative instincts.

💶 Internship allowance: €300 gross per month.
🚆 Commute Coverage: None (we expect you have a student card)

You’re the one we’re looking for if...
You’re currently enrolled in a relevant study and need an internship for credit.
You can come to the office in Utrecht a few times a week.
You’re comfortable with tools like Canva, TikTok, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar.
You enjoy writing and can communicate clearly in English.
You’re creative, curious, and take initiative.
You can take a concept and turn it into something visual.
Even better if you also...
Like games, online communities, or TikTok trends.
Know something about horses (not required, promise 🐴).
Have experience with photography or filming.
Speak Dutch (handy during office days, but not required).
